Use of the Site

Eligibility and permitted use

By accessing or using TC Game at tcgamelogin.in.net (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Indian law, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service in full. You may access the Site solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Site content without prior written authorisation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its servers, upload malicious code, or engage in any conduct that is fraudulent, harassing, or otherwise unlawful under applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Account responsibilities

If you create an account on the Site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify TC Game immediately of any unauthorised use or suspected security breach. TC Game reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability to you. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans previously imposed by TC Game.

Modifications to the Site

TC Game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or portion of the Site at any time without prior notice. Changes may include alterations to gameplay features, promotional offers, or payment methods supported on the platform. TC Game shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services. Continued use of the Site following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Intellectual Property

Ownership

All content available on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, data compilations, and underlying source code, is the exclusive property of TC Game or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable intellectual property laws of India and international conventions. The name "TC Game", its logo, and all related marks, slogans, and product names are trademarks of TC Game. You may not use any such marks without prior written consent from TC Game.

Limited licence

TC Game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to sub-licence, sell, or commercially exploit any Site content; modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile any portion of the Site; create derivative works based on the Site's content or software; or remove any proprietary notices or marks appearing on the Site. Any unauthorised use automatically terminates this licence without notice.

User-submitted content

If you submit feedback, comments, screenshots, or any other content to the Site, you grant TC Game a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in any medium and for any lawful purpose. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party or violate any applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all content, services, and features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TC Game expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. TC Game does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, nor does it guarantee the accuracy of any game results or reward calculations displayed on the Site.

Limitation of damages

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, TC Game, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, regardless of the legal theory on which such claim is based and even if TC Game has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any event, TC Game's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed INR 500 or the total amount you paid to TC Game in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

Third-party links and payment processors

The Site may facilitate transactions through third-party payment services such as PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), or BHIM UPI. TC Game does not operate or control these platforms and accepts no liability for failures, delays, or errors originating with any third-party payment processor. Any disputes relating to UPI transactions should be addressed directly to the relevant payment service provider in accordance with their terms and applicable Reserve Bank of India guidelines.
