TC Game - Responsible Gaming
TC Game responsible gaming: how to set deposit and time limits, recognise problem-gambling warning signs, self-exclude, and reach confidential 18+ support helplines.
Play within your limits
Responsible gaming on TC Game starts with a fixed entertainment budget decided before you deposit. Choose a weekly or monthly ceiling, treat it like a cinema outing or a streaming plan, and stop as soon as that amount is spent. A sensible starting point for casual players is ₹500 to ₹1,000 per week. Never use money earmarked for rent, EMIs, groceries or savings.
Track every deposit using your UPI app's transaction history. PhonePe, Google Pay and BHIM each generate instant notifications, making it easy to see your real spend at a glance. Set a phone alarm for the end of each session and honour it whether you are up or down. Taking at least a 30-minute break after every 90 minutes of play keeps gaming a leisure activity rather than a compulsion.
Warning signs of problem gambling
Problem gambling builds gradually. Watch for behavioural signs: spending more time or money than planned, chasing losses with larger bets, concealing transactions from family, borrowing through apps like LazyPay or Simpl to fund gameplay, or neglecting work and studies because of long gaming sessions.
Emotional and financial red flags are equally telling, feeling restless or irritable when not playing, using gambling to escape stress, feeling guilt after a session yet returning within hours, or noticing unexplained gaps in your UPI payment history. If three or more of these signs apply to you, take the free Problem Gambling Severity Index (PGSI) self-assessment available at icrg.org. Acting early, before debts accumulate, makes recovery faster and far less disruptive.
Deposit, loss and time limits
TC Game offers three protective controls inside My Account → Responsible Gaming. A deposit limit caps how much you can add to your wallet per day, week or month. A loss limit pauses your session automatically once net losses reach the figure you set, for example ₹2,000 in a single day. A session time limit displays a mandatory cool-down prompt after a chosen number of minutes, requiring a deliberate click to continue.
Reductions to any limit take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour waiting period so you have time to reconsider. You will receive a confirmation SMS and an in-app notification for every change. For a second layer of control, set a monthly per-merchant UPI cap for TC Game directly inside PhonePe or Google Pay, this acts independently of the site's own tools.
Self-exclusion and cool-off
If you need a stronger break, TC Game provides two options. A cool-off period suspends your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, ideal when you recognise early warning signs and want a short reset. During the cool-off, deposits, bets and bonus claims are all blocked, but you can still withdraw any remaining balance.
For more serious concerns, self-exclusion closes your account for a minimum of six months or permanently. To activate it, go to Responsible Gaming in your account settings or contact TC Game support directly. Once self-exclusion is confirmed, it cannot be reversed during the chosen period, this rigidity is deliberate and protective. If you hold accounts with other gaming platforms, contact each of them separately to apply matching restrictions and remove yourself from all promotional mailing lists.
